Oh and the VESA Mount Adapter also costs an extra $199. However, let’s look past that price tag and focus on the fact that the Pro Stand for the monitor costs an extra $1,000. Which, again, is expensive, but whatever, it’s Apple and we’re used to this at this point. The real surprise came when Apple unveiled its new 6K $4,999 monitor, called the Pro Display XDR However, this price was not so surprising as this price is considered pretty normal for Mac Pro / iMac Releases (taking into account inflation). The new Mac Pro will start at $5,999, which will undoubtedly be a big hit to your bank account.
